FYI: ANY SERVICE BOOKED $99 OR LESS MUST SEND DEPOSIT VIA CASH APP $ARTISTRYESTHETICSSPA. DEPOSIT IS $25. ANY BOOKINGS $100 AND UP DEPOSITS MUST BE PAID ONLINE AND REMAINING IN PERSON. IF YOU NEED TO DO BUY NOW PAY LATER CONTACT US AT 7047735842 SO INVOICE MAY BE ADJUSTED FOR FULL AMOUNT ONLINE. Please note that appointments may be canceled within 24 hours to avoid loss of deposit. Any appointments canceled after 24 hours deposits are forfeited and rebooking of service and new deposit is required. ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE HOWEVER CAN BE USED FOR A RESCHEDULED APPOINTMENT IF CANCELED 24 HOURS AHEAD OF TIME. Please note that if you are over 15 minutes late for your appointment we may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame. All attempts to reschedule in a timely manner will be made. If we do not hear from you 15 or more minutes into your scheduled appointment time it is considered a “No-Show” and a new appointment must be booked and paid in full at booking. We value your time and feels that it is fair to honor the same policies we hold to our clients. Should we need to cancel on a client due to unsafe weather conditions weather, power outages, or other unforeseen events with less than 24 hours notice we will refund any deposits or you may choose another day for service. Here we will do everything we can to accommodate appointment changes and cancellations as required. Please give us a call at your earliest convenience to modify or cancel your appointment.
